Thank you for visiting. I started out as a painter. I love Oil Paint, but the process is slow. In 2017 I began to develop a style based on my desire to produce richly colored Impressionist images without paint. I create “Digital Images” with the look of highly layered, glazed Oil Paintings and Watercolors. My approach to creating these images is the same as when I use Oil Paint and a brush. The only digital tool / software I use is Photoshop.

Thank you, Lena! :) The image always determines the processing for me... pushing and pulling the image just as I would with a brush and paint. Some turn out better than others, but I think this one worked really well and the subtle colors in the background add mood to the image. I’m happy you like the image. :)
