Hidden Among The Vines 3172 IDP_6

A Morning Glory tucked in among thick vines, obscured by heavy atmosphere. The tones are muted and the image is dark forcing the viewer to concentrate and look hard to see details. But the details are not there... just subtle colors and a feeling that this is just a brief moment in time that might have deserved more.

Thank you for visiting. I started out as a painter. I love Oil Paint, but the process is slow. In 2017 I began to develop a style based on my desire to produce richly colored Impressionist images without paint. I create “Digital Images” with the look of highly layered, glazed Oil Paintings and Watercolors. My approach to creating these images is the same as when I use Oil Paint and a brush. The only digital tool / software I use is Photoshop.
