A distinct pleasure, Steve. Just to add, re 'training' them, of course in UK , all things are much better disciplined (way of life,there,lol), and I remember these so well b/c it was my job to train them, up the ladder, at 8months pregnant,lol.......not easy, but worth it. Cheers.V.

Thank you, Viva! We have dark purple Clematis in front of our house. I can’t train it to do anything! ;) It goes where it pleases. This vine was at a local garden center... hopefully it will grace someone’s doorway or garden for many years. Thanks as always for your comments and support! :)
